This course will provide learners with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 and the process module.

  • ISO 9001: 2015’s requirements for a quality management system (QMS)
  • A series of lectures and workshops aimed at providing a clear understanding of the requirements, and feedback on their interpretation
  • Discussion specific to the requirements, with an experienced quality professional
  • An opportunity to discuss the standards and expectations of certification bodies, along with practical advice and support in plain English.
