NOSA (Pty) Ltd; NOSA Auditing and Inspection Services (Pty) Ltd; NOSA Logistics (Pty) Ltd, National Quality Assurance (Pty) Ltd and Aspirata Auditing Testing and Certification (Pty) Ltd herein referred to as “SafetyCloud”. I hereby give my consent to SafetyCloud, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, sub-contractors and third parties for the sole purpose to collect and process my personal information for the purposes of the 'new online courses’ I submitted. Further I understand my right to privacy and the right to have my personal information processed in accordance with the conditions for the lawful processing of personal information and I acknowledge that I understand the purposes for which my personal information is required and for which it will be used. I give consent for the potential transfer of my personal information across borders within the Microsoft environment, as necessary. I confirm that I have read the SafetyCloud Privacy Notice and agree to its contents as part of this agreement. Unless required otherwise by legislation, all records and files pertaining to my personal information shall be retained indefinitely by SafetyCloud.
