This Train the Trainer course, built on the ITIS (Introduction to Training and Instructional Skills) framework, equips educators, trainers, and facilitators with the techniques to identify learner profiles, assess challenges, and apply targeted support to improve learning outcomes.
Through a practical and interactive approach, participants explore learner profiling, learning barriers, support interventions, and assessment methods to create inclusive, effective learning environments.
